BabyJade, start moisturing now. I learnt cannot wait till stretch marks come out. Then exercise and vit C will increase collagen so skin more elastic. Good news is my stretch mark, last time red and obvious now all light and silvery, i also have stretch marks from growth and puberty times.

So not that obvious one! No worries! Just make sure the weight gain is steady can le! I stay tiong bahru really near SGH. If you wanna meet for tea let me know! I can show you all my barange barang..
Thanks luckymum for the advice! Will start applying those moisturizer. Like those cocoa butter ?

wow thanks luckymum! r u a housewife now or working?
we should set up a private group in fb! i start applying moisturizer last night.
i'm growing like a balloon! hahaha.. i dont really dare to exercise although i'm pretty active before pregnancy.
although on HL at home now i kept doing housework.
my job requires alot of walking too. but every time i visit my gynae, dr always want me to rest probably i'm quite weak too...
i had my first miscarriage in early may. it was a biochemical pregnancy but i detected it via clearblue digital kit. ever since then my health level dropped quite drastic. i'm trying to eat healthily but the thought of food comes n goes sometimes i wanna eat. sometimes i wanna puke. sometimes i feel dizzy. blah~~~~~

are you seeing your gynae in TTSH?
I have to stick to sgh for the benefits as a staff though.

I just quit my job in May, then I know I got pregnant and my mother in law was so sad, she feels it wasteful.

But I'm happy I quit, I cannot imagine if I am still working with all the morning sickness I am experiencing! OMG...

hi dear mummies any baby fairs lately? or seminars?
perhaps us mummies can meet and go together?
LOL* need friends. my friends are too busy with their work life and at the same time i'm not telling most people of my pregnancy before the 3 months cos my in laws scared 'pan tang'
I'd love to.. Please count me in if any gathering ya : P

In fact I only shared my pregnancy with my family not yet in law site because I understand there are too many uncertainties for first trimester and I don't really wish to see their disappointment if anything happen since they are treating me very very well... (sometimes think too much also not good ... LOL)

Working is not easy for a pregnant lady : ( We know our body is coping with another new life yet have to work as usual.. So I think having a full time rest at home during pregnancy and do have enough time for the preparation to the arrival of new bb is a superb wonderful thing that i used to dream about it LOL

Wishing one day I have the privilege as well : )

Went for my second checkup this morning & my lil' pea is growing much more than expected for an 8weeks, even saw the lil' one moved!
& I'm so glad my Dr gave me one week HL, to rest at home since my M/s is kicking in now... Actually more like night sickness. Hee!
Will be seeing her in 3 weeks time.
Now, hubs & me really look forward to every checkup... ;D

Hehe hi neymo. Ya i know what u mean. My in law sort of think it was my anxiousness that caused my loss in first pregnancy.

Can u add me in my bb account in fb:
Bebedreamy@gmail.com

I have signed up for the Dumex event on the 9sep with my hubby. Perhaps u wanna take a look at their website:

Ohh ok.. I thought you're seeing a private gynae from a clinic.. Cause my manager said that my HL from my clinic might not be valid..
But anws, called my HR & she said yes, it's recognized.. Phew! ;)
