my gynae gave me this when i experienced spotting. from the instructions on the box, can eat or put inside.. she didnt tell me which way to take it so i just eat. i figured if she wanted me to put inside, she would have specifically told me so :p

Congrats to you. Me too going for Oscar on first week of next month. I am still waiting for my first trimester to end soon :D

gynae said put inside but nurse said can eat too. Then last appt got nag from gynae that should put inside as if u eat, it will only get 50% nutrients from the pill which is not effective.

oh my... still having bad ms. when will it be over? been having no appettite too

Oh my, i have put on prob 2-3 kg which kinda sucks cause i though i would be attacked by MS and lose my appetite etc however my appetite has been too good this past few days. Am dreading the doctor's visit every 3 weeks cause m too scared to know how much ive gained! Gosh.

Anyways, anyone knows how much they charge for the yoga sessions? And is it abit too early to go for it?

you're lucky to be MS-free! it's not pleasant at all... i'd rather have no MS and have appetite back.. boohoo

Haha thats what everyone says! But.. without the MS, i don't feel at all pregnant. Only get the occasional dizzy spells. But no worries.. you'll get through it once the first trimester is over! Jiayou!

i am due 2nd may :) baby is already 12 weeks, going for OSCAR scan on Monday, so worried. sigh.

now that im nearing the end of the first tri, can feel energy levels are higher (i dont sleep so early and dont really need to take naps, previously i would take a nap when i come back from work and still sleep by 9 or 10pm!) and morning sickness is almost gone, dont really have the urge to puke! phew!

all the mummies hang in there!!!

I went for the test last Monday, together with the one on the neural tube thingy. Ouch... painful. (I admit my tolerance for pain is quite low.) They can only let me know the result at least one week later. I thought my morning sickness disappear yesterday cos I am 12w2d. But it came back after 1 stress work day :(

I thought my appetite is back and quite happy to be able to eat. But happiness doesn't last long, the torture feeling is back again :(

New here!!
My due date is 26 may. My 1st baby! Still can't believe it!! Have been trying for 2 yr. have to thks my gynea for all the help he give.. Keep having cramp during work! Once it was so bad, I thou something is wrong, so scary, went to see gynea, is due to over expand of uterus cos baby growing, got a injection

Hi Climsp, our EDDs are very close! Congrats on the young one and take good care.

And Qling85, don't despair. I bet it's the hormones...stay positive and think of your baby. With all that we have to put through, Mothers are the greatest!!

Went for check up today. Bb is growing well but I lost weight again. Gynae told me if I unable to eat, drink more water which contain glucose which is important. He ask me to go back for review again in 2 weeks time. Hopefully by that time my appetite has recover.

hey! Im scheduled to go for the first trimester check up this thurs at NUH. Any idea what they will do? Is it the screening for the downsyndrome thingie?
