Err, if u think is too sweet hor, don't put in so many honey dried dates. Or probably the egg hor, don't put inside too long, after an hour take out, peel off the shell, when the soup is about ready then only put back the egg. That's what I did and it taste ok ler.
Sure, male also can drink. But my hubby hated and never grown to like it!! Haha, he said tasted awful. But as for me, as time goes by, can accept la. If on western medication, I think best don't consume. One at a time...
hahahaahahaha okie okie! Shall tell my hubby not for him. Btw, I saw from website Eu Yan San got Ba Zhen Pills.....but they never say to regulate mense.haha

ya if u find it a hassle to brew den can go for the pills form....

I usually take immediately after menses is over/cleared. At the moment, best don't take yet. After ur medication is over and after ur menses is cleared then only u take ya.
Haha, I think the Ba Zhen soup to male is no harm one ler
But anyway, he didn't take much oso la, I think the most only 3 times =P

Just once (a month) will do. But usually I get 2 bowls from the brew. So will drink it 2 days in a row PER MONTH.
