My DS also . Always makes the blu blu blu sound and blowing bubbles . Nw he can even try to force to fist into his his mouth , eat and eat till so much saliva .
I guess it's normal or either teething .

Hi mommies, think bbs are more or less the same. My dd not only suck her own fingers, she will also reach out for my fingers and pull them into her mouth and suck! Blowing bubbles with saliva, putting whatever she can see into her mouth, licking all sort of things around her and so on....... Hankies are really not enough even I bought around 25 of them. Hmm...... think have to wait till all these habits go off by themselves as time goes by.
