Hi Vanda, is one yoga session a week enough? or must we attend at least twice a week to see any results?
I'm afraid that I'll sign up, only have time to attend once a week, and if no results then waste time and money.
it depends on your energy level. If you are up to it, u can attend twice a week. Our prenatal yoga classes teaches you movements that you can continue at home too. If you have some time at home, you can practice a few movements to ease any discomfort you may have or just as part of a daily routine.
Do come down for a trial and experience for yourself and meet other fellow mothers to be too!
