Hi hi,
I experience bleeding yesterday morning.. So, decided to see Dr Poon from Poon's CLinic at Hougang. Super Duper impressed with him. Very gentle and sincere doctor. Even though his clinic closes at 2pm, he waitied for me as I told the nurses that I can only rush down & reach ard 2.15pm. My 1st time seeing him and this kind gesture of waiting for a kan-jiong 1st time mum-to-be really touches me.
He's a Pro-natural delivery gynae. Any mummy here who do not mind a male gynae should really give him a try.

as i wked in a hospital, im lucky to ve my gynae recommended from ex-classmates.
there r various gd Drs in various hosp, each of them ve their speciality
so it really dep on ur needs
for mee,its d convenience for gyane review during my wking hrs, & also for my huBBy's

Any idea of which gynae is good?
Im comfortable with a lady gynae only
I heard of Dr Chia Foong Lin.
Still unsure.

I am exactly 6 weeks pregnant with my #1.
EDD -- 16 mARCH 2011
just wondering if any of u know what is the normal fetal heart rate for a 6 week old fetus.
I had my first appt with my gynae Dr Fong Yang yesterday.
I was told that my fetus had a low heart rate...
with some spotting and cramps, I am given bed rest for a week, progesterone jab and meds... and took a blood test... Rather worried
Anyone has any experience with this fetal heart rate thing??

You can try Dr Chua Yang. Female Gynae from A Clinic From Women. She's one of the doctors that I have short-listed. HTH. ^_^

I go to Dr Chua Yang - A Clinic for Women (as also mentioned by taurus piglet).

Was with her for my first pregnancy and now for my second.

my gynae is Dr Lawrence Ang at Thomson Women Clinic at Sun Plaza..

Apparently KK offers 2 categories: TPS & Delivery Suite.
I have been on their website and am still slightly confused by it...
It states that they have maternity packages - which i think summarises the room charges only... because Class A is $1600 - doesnt make sense if this is inclusive of doc's professional charges right?
What i am trying to find out is the doctor fees under the TPS category. I am keen to find out how much Dr John Tee and Dr Irene Chua charge for packages (5 months onwards check-ups & delivery).

hmm.. perhaps you wanna call KKH up and check? its best that you call coz they can answer to all your enquires. clearer for u. im at TPS with Dr Law. usual consultation comes alil higher than clinic A charges. but waiting time will be shorter. hmm.. didnt asked about the delivery charges before coz i got company benefits... congrates! definitely v excited coz 1st baby mar. but why worry?
dunno leh... 1st worry no heartbeat.. then worry down sydrome.. coz ppl say 1st 3 mths v hard to say one.. may miscarriage one.. so i scare lor.. haha..

worried no heartbeat coz my family had 2 such cases..
but my hubby told me to rest and relax..
