my body is consider heaty type, i hv to stop confinement food, and i keep feeling so hot everyday. even went to the doc twice to take med, n doc advice to cut down on confinement food. i m taking 1 or no confinement food per day now, and drink plain water instead of longan date tea. at least i felt better than before.

how are u gals planning to do baby first month shower? i m intending to do a mini one where only lunching w immediate family, and cake vouchers for frens, wondering if it is ok anot...

Maybe u can try having plain water before , in between & after meals for a start.. Cut down on e intake of herbal water.. If u suddenly tell ur mum u r not taking e herbal water but plain water think she 's goin to nag non stop like mum.. Haha..
Everything I juz cut down , cut down on ginger & wine intake.. Eat e meat but not wif the gravy or juz a bit of gravy.. Eat few strands of ginger per meal.. Lucky I only eat 2 meals per day.. Haha..

Drinking water does not caused bloated tummy for my case. But so far few of my friends oso drink water during confinement they oso doesn't face such problem.. For me after I give birth my tummy is almost flat for my 1st , a little bulge for my 2nd.. more or less after giving birth will have abit of tummy..

Hey breadgal, thanks for sharing info!!! But u did massage? How long? Mine trying to make it flat.. Hehe.. Lower abdomen still out ;)

No.. For both never did massage.. No time as I taking care myself.. Mine now oso lower abdomen.. Is ur 1st pregnancy?? If yes it should quick fast , of cos depending on ur diet oso.. But b prepare ur skin might b a bit loose , juz like rubber band stretch for 10 months , after tat sure a bit loose not as tight as before.. Mine still stretch 2 times.. Omg.. Haha.. But looking at some others ours only small bulge consider very good already.. I juz deliver 2 weeks ago.. Some still like few months pregnant ya.. Ops no offense to others ya..

Jenni.. 2nd delivery onwards is like tat 1 la.. Need longer time 2 regain.. But with 3 kids 2 take care u sure very fast 1 la.. Mine although tummy not big but waist & backside still wide ya.. 

Ya lor... My whole body only my tummy , backside and tight big... The rest normal... Very sian... Still trying to slim down...

Mine tummy n thighs.. I hope can fit into earlier clothes le.. Keke.. Have to slim down.. But 9 months gain can't loose so soon, hehee.. *fingers crossed*

I pay $1200 cash for my Gynea package and $700 cash for deposit, I get refund $500+ frm Mt A and $300 plus frm my Gynea... I stay in 4 bedded assist delivery with out epidural... Total: my bill is $3k plus, baby is $900+...

pardon my asking, are mummies here still bleeding below? I delivered on 23 july 2012. By right i thought it should stop by 2 weeks but im still bleeding till today.
