I just made it with milk or stir in with milk powder and hot water... but both ways taste "sandy'. Camom, am i suppose to cook it? Can share the procedure how you mummies prepare it? Baby likes to eat this too but worried that I did not prepare it well. Appreciated.

Try raising your leg when you r sitting and pop them up with a pillow when you sleep. I did that and most of the time my legs are fine and if any sign of water retention it will go off the next morning.

hi pamper, Just to share my observation, my baby's poo is something like what you described more watery and dark green when taking nan... now after the change of milk powder is more yellowish... well i take it as the difference in content that is causing the change hope i am not wrong.

Hi xicloudix, When baby taking Nan the poo was watery, after change to S26 poo is ok (not as watery but still soft). Hi potato, Ultimately should be affected also according to them. Cos' I had checked on the Stage 2 and that's what they told me.
