Hi mummies, pls don't give up! I had an ectopic on Mar/Apr2011 and I was supposed to wait minimum 3-4 months before I can try again. But hubby and I didnt think we would be so lucky so just didnt use...
Dear mummies,
I missed my menses and tested with a home pregnancy test kit twice and both times the line was faint. I was intending to wait later to see gynae but end up i started to spot. So I quickly went to see gynae, but as it was too soon, gynae could not see anything with the scan, so...
thank you all mummies who shared valuable experiences and advises here. it really helped. cos my girl really sticks to me, even if she is ok to let daddy carry, it is only for a while. so i'm thinking of ways to train her to be more independent. hopefully when stomach grows, she'll understand...
Hi mummies,
Recently tested and realised that I was pregnant (self test but haven't seen gynae to confirm). was wondering if it is ok to still carry my 12kg toddler who is very clingy to me? cos i thought we can't carry heavy things when preg? esp 1st trim?
Hi mummies,
Would like to find out if there are any weekend playgroup? Preferably in woodlands area. So far I only found one at Kidz Campus at Woodgrove. Any comments on that? Any other suggestions? By the way, my girl is only 18months old now.
hi mummies,
if your hairloss is due to oily scalp, i can recommend you to do a scalp treatment at the salon i do my hair. last time before i was pregnant, i use to drop hair too, i think due to weak scalp. tried some salon treatments but no use. until i found this salon at clementi and this...
Hi mummies,
My girl who is 15months old recently recovered from fever and cough. After which her appetite for her usual porridge and pasta has not been good. But if we feed her other things like rice she is ok. So now I am thinking what else is suitable for a 15months old baby? Cos sometimes...
Mummies,
Would like to find out if there is any conditioner that is mild enough for young toddlers? My girl is 15months old but she has shoulder length hair. Sometimes it gets slightly entangled at the ends. So I'm thinking of applying very mild conditioner for her but departmental stores dont...
I have used NTUC brand for my girl but I dont like it cos i realise the elasticity at the thighs there is not strong enough and my girl's poo poo will leak out. I have used Pet Pet on her when she was much younger and it was ok, but cutting is quite small..
I brought my 1yo gal to KL for a 3D2N trip few weeks ago. I did bring some baby jar food to mix with plain porridge for her meals. But end up when I was there, I ordered kway teow soup for her dinner once (she loved it) and next day lunch i ordered fish porridge at a restaurant with instructions...
Re: Is it true children definitely can get into the primary school their parents went
thanks diymummy. Mine is a convent girl's school.. cos if confirm can get in, will consider shifting nearer to the school in future..
Daddies and mummies,
I am hoping to put my girl in the primary school i went to attend when i was a girl. Is it true that she can definitely get in because I used to be an ex student?
thanks everyone for the reply.. ya, its not about training her to be a easy eater in future. its just concern that some babies are more sensitive to certain foods and might have reactions if we introduce too early.
Hi mummies, as above. Thinking of making pancakes for my coming to 11months old girl. But it should taste better if I could add some unsalted butter. Can I?
Agree that gas has not much impact, I think having gas makes me feel worse, cos there are side effects like i felt giddy (maybe its light headed) and nauseous. And it made me feel weaker and no strength left to push. Heard epi is really painless, so agree that for those who is scared of pain...
