My mum will help me do confinement but she says cannot do at my maiden house..have to be done at where Im staying with my inlaws.

She say its a taboo (due to me having dirty blood...)to do it at my maiden house cause I have a younger brother at home...ANyone heard of such a taboo?

Sigh so in a dilemma now

This depends on individual, to be frankly speaking I think its olden days n older generation always very "pan tang"1. So sure say dis cannot that cannot...

As for my mum and even my mum in law also tell me dun need to follow tradition. They say its a waste of time.

nvr heard my mom say wat cant do at maiden hse as i'll be having dirty blood lei.

Haha, "shotgun" lor... 1st kid i had when i was 18, 2nd kid at 24, now 3rd at 27. Hubby ask 1 more? Try for boy? No way. Factory close...

My frd deliver her DS on Sep 08 and i've went for hospital tour at Mt. A, still the same, Service & food all very good, my friend 1st time deliver there also feel very good, she even will go back to Mt. A for her 2nd child.. :001_302:

if your bb's big then mine also big liao..

My gynae told me consider big as my 2nd 1 wasn't dis weight when I was 34 weeks pregnant. My 1st kid, I can''t remember her weight at 34 weeks. But when I deliver her, she was already 41 weeks at 3.5kg. Then my 2nd was 2.76kg at 38 weeks. Thats the diff.

And ya, I jus check back the baby scan. Its actually 2.505kg at 33 weeks.
For 1st time mothers, urs consider alright.

Yup! I've book Mdm Khatijah, my 1st time hiring massage lady not sure will works for me a not especially i already gave birth to 2 kids for so many yrs liao.. :embarrassed:
