Heeello All,
I'm a 1st time preggy EDD 24.09.2009! keke
I'm turning 28 end of this year...Should I go for the Oscars?
Mmm.. where did you girls go for your OSCAR test? =)

I think at 28 the risk should b quite low.

If I am not wrong diff hospital refer to the test as a diff name. I think those that are practising at Mt Alvernia knows it as Oscar while KKH knows it as a diff name. Your gynae will recommend you to do the respective test. Alot just depend on you to see how keen you are to do the test. Coz at the end of the day, its you who is paying the $.

I'm seeing Dr Kowa from Mt E, anyone seeing him too?
Going for a scan later in the afternoon to check on the gender. *excited*

Anyone of you know your baby gender yet? Actually in my week 16..is it too early to see?

By the way, when do we actually start signing packages?

According to the other mums here, by the week 16 you should b able to see the gender of the baby. It will have to depend too how cooperative the baby is.

What kind of package does Mt E offer you.

I signed up the package once i reached 12 weeks. I am also in my 16 weeks now. The gynae tried to scan for the gender but bb is not in a gd position. Probably next visit for me.

wow all seems soooo excited... me too actually.... hehehe.
i went for my dating scan at my 11th wks
nothing much. just got to know that my baby is fine. everything is ok.
hands & legs all developed. from head to hip, abt 5.++ cm. hehehe. so cute. saw the heartbeat.....

actually i'm more concern of the packages & gynae thingy....
dunno wat to do actually..... currently i do my check-ups at poly clinic.
as its more convenient for me. working & staying @ east area.....

any1 can advice?
i got frens who recommended some doc frm KKH.
but i'm still so lost......

I signed up with the gynae specialist in paragon. From 12 weeks to born.. irregardless the number of times and include detail scanning - S$ 950

hmm....how much is your per scan? and your package only involve the scanning? does it include the consultation fee?

hmmm... not really. Because i will only think about it probably after detail scanning bah. Have you already know the gender of your bb.

nope. have not know the gender yet. only at week 15 today. will only go and see the gynae at the end of this mth.

excited about the gender? or u have a feeling deep inside you what the gender is le? When will you b going for your next appt?

Only went last week. Cant see the sex of the bb yet as the legs were crossed. This week is my 16 week. Will see gynae in my 18 weeks.
