How accurate is the due date?

Quite swollen, my gynae says is water retention, gave me few tablets, now better, I carried AXL for 9 mths plus also nv water retention. Dun noe y also.. My gynae also advised me to eat Fenugreek Pure Seed for Breast Milk, I ate only for 1 day, tis morning, while feeding my AXL, my breast leaking milk and abit engorse, so happy, and I pump 50ml more than the usual 30ml, sometimes only 10ml nian, abit sianz of only 10ml... but "you hao guo mei you" and my mil also make papaya soup, dun noe is which one help me, I took both.
