Maybe you could massage it ? Maybe it would help ... What did you bring to hosp ? And what items you didn't use ? Care to share ? haven't packed my bag. Hahaha.nlipeng, my baby is doing well so far he also has a mild jaundice, this morning my hubby brought him walk walk to expose him to the sun(they say it's good to have the sun in the morning before 10am).
Im now having difficulty to sleep, my breasts hurt so bad. Every position seems to hurt. try pumping it out also hurt, try feeding my baby lagi hurt
Thanks Nlipeng for the advice !! Did it hurt after they took you off the epidural for pushing the baby out?Kary, yes.. My suggestion is to take epi for first timers as we dilate slower... The anesthetic specialist told me that the side effects differs for each individual.. Some might not have it at all... At that point of pain, you will not think so much, even I have prepared myself for no epidural has to give in and take the jab.. But good thing is, u can rest and relax and safe your energy for the push which is really important....
Have a safe delivery and my prayers with you...
