Thanks ladies.

We bd 2 nights ago. Was "feeling it" last night but when I came home late almost midnight, my man already in dreamland -_-. Tonight if got mood then we bd. Sinseh says he needs more time to tiao me...but I think we just bd and see how ba.

I think yukki left on a jetplane already. Dont want to see you here till you are back! Haa have fun.

It's sat! Finally!

Today is exactly 1 mth fr my d/c...I jus hope af comes asap so that I can try again soon after next cycle....dont dare to try now coz worried that my lining is not thick enuff...

Hi everyone, I have been a silent reader for the past weeks going through the past posts :chatterbox:

Trying to find some hope and pointers here cos after the last MC, have been through 4 cycles but still no news despite being very ON :Dancing_sorry:


Me: 32
Him: 37
Married for : Jan2013
T-T-Cing since: Dec 2012 averagely 28 days cycle
MC : Once (chem preg @ 6 weeks in July 2013)
Have tried: OPK, TCM, Lift pelvis, pre-seed
Trying now: same
Going to try: Sperm analysis is still unsuccessful this cycle
Next open window: last week of dec
Others: Hyperthyroid with grave disease currently under control. Can't rule out the previous mc is due to my auto immune thyroid :nah:

Good morning and lets welcome soursop (suddenly my mouth feels sng sng….).

Soursop, are you still with TCM? Which TCM are you seeing? Is your hubby also under the sinseh’s treatment?

Perhaps you may share what’s hyperthyroid? I haven’t heard of it before and what is the direct/indirect impact on fertility? Thanks!

Hi dragontail, ya both me and hub seeing tcm since my MC

We are seeing Dr he yuying from Econ Medicare at bishan weekly. Given powder and capsules.
So far haven't do any acupuncture yet.

Last time I used to see her for my thyroid treatment concurrently with western treatment --Currently on long term PTU ( Propylthiouracil)

Hyperthyroid is overactive thyroid gland
However my thryroid is caused by auto immune disease meaning my body internally is fighting among themselves like internal war

Preggies with auto immune disease will have risk of body rejecting the foetus

That time when I got pregnant I immediately see gynae at week 4.(I got bfp one day after I missed my menses) to do the test to assess the level of auto immune affecting the foetus

The results was normal however nothing shown on u/s. Gynae told me there might be chances of chem preg.
Then at week 6, spotting appeared then did another u/s, gynae then ask me to prepare for menses to come

I was also seeing specialist for thyroid so I did ask my Dr could it be due to my medical conditions.
She just replied it might or might not be due to thyroid or auto immune

The weird thing is during my short lived pregnancy, it kinda.self regulate back my thyroid level so Dr said it's a blessing in disguise. Cos once thyroid level is normal I can conceive easier (thyroid patients usually have higher difficulty to conceive )

If this cycle this no news then will send him for sperm analysis lo


Just came back from a short trip. Hopefully last week I got successfully O and hit the jackpot. BD on alternate days during the trip :D

So now is my 2ww. Trying to keep a ping Chang xin. Have pinned high hopes but disappointed time and again.... until so sian

Everytime during 2ww, I will be super sensitive to the changes in my body, bloatedness , backaches, sensitive to smell, anything under the sun I also can relate to the chances of being pregnant

Super obsessed!!!

Soursop thanks for sharing. Feels like I attended a lesson :). Didnt know such thing before.

Good to have a ping chang xin. As you said, we all been through so many 2wws before. No point read too much into every lil twitch.

me dunno how many days past O coz everybody knows suai kuan like me dun do tem charting and opk... so I just bd diligently ard the most likely period and bd as and when we feel like it aft the most likely period.... wahahahhaa...

Soursop, for ur info, I m a very lousy example for ttc-ing....

but I most likely will try with opk.. just ordered 10 strips of opk and will make payment tml....

but am wondering shld I buy now while I m on 2ww (somewhat..) or later when dec af show..

any advice gals?

Side track abit. Some of us here had mc before. do u think it has anything to do with BD during 1st trimester ?

for my case, spotting appeared after I had intercourse (initially we refrained but we went ahead after green light was given by gynae):):mad:

Hi soursop, usually gynae will not give green to BD during 1st trimester. I am wondering how come your gynae will give green light ?

Maq which brand are you buying? The ones I bought are really cheap (like $5 per box for 10pcs) so I just stocked up when I was in china in Oct. If yours are the digital ones, will be more expensive surely. If so, wait till your 2ww is over. At least there's something new to look forward to buying if af comes (hopefully not).

Soursoup, first trime bettter don't bd. Actually doc can say anything (bd, fly, etc)...but ultimately we try not to take chances.
