I'm using Ameda Dual.. Love it so much!!! I previously used the Avent manual till I got so fed up.. Then I when down to BMSG to try out both PIS and Ameda.. Both are about the same so bought Ameda instead (cheaper by 50%).. I'll advice that you go down to BMSG to try out after delivering...

Oh ya.. Fenugreek is a kind of herb which is also used in cooking curry. You can find the herb in most indian spice shops.

But till now I dun have AF at all.. Also quite worried leh..

I've tried Nature's Way/farm and GNC's fenugreek. Personally, I prefer GNC.. But of cos, take everything in moderation.

Tats very good!!! As long as you keep pumping or latching, your supply will increase.. Get lotsa rest, drink water, eat enuff food.. I used to take Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle to boost my supply. Really helped.. Could get about 50ml extra on every pumping session..
