Hi Wonderwhy,
Im quite surprised to read yr thread herw (tot I was still at the other forum).
Like wat I said over at the other side, we were not making fun of you (of other things not related to you then yes we did)
But if you read yr 1st post correctly, you 1st said tat you r happy...
I'm using Ameda Dual..
Love it so much!!!
I previously used the Avent manual till I got so fed up.. Then I when down to BMSG to try out both PIS and Ameda.. Both are about the same so bought Ameda instead (cheaper by 50%)..
I'll advice that you go down to BMSG to try out after delivering...
Tats very good!!!
As long as you keep pumping or latching, your supply will increase..
Get lotsa rest, drink water, eat enuff food..
I used to take Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle to boost my supply. Really helped.. Could get about 50ml extra on every pumping session..
My DS used to bite and make the "grrrrr" noise and bites real hard.. Machiam very angry... I'll say no in a firm tone and look at him angrily..
Now that his tooth is out, he's not biting that hard anymore..
:wong10:
*touchwood*
:wong29:Definitely!!!
All the more you should continue to bf cos you will be passing the anti-bodies to yr darlin'...
But make sure that if you really need to take med, inform the doc tat you r bfing and get med that are safe for tat. From wat I know, most med are quite safe..
Hope you'll...
I started my DS on semi-solid when he turned 6months.
Started with rice cereal with diff puree. Only started to cook porridge with chicken and diff veg(already tested for allergies). But only used the thigh to cook in porridge, never give him to eat the meat itself. :wong8:
Used to feed my DS every 45-60mins when I was still on ML. Then slowly dragged longer. Breastfed babies tend to have shorter interval cos BM is easily digested. And like wat Amulet said, babies' stomach are small so they drink little, digest fast then hungry again.
After going back to work...
Amulet!!! :wong19:
The benefits of bfing is endless. But to be very very frank. It will be a tiring process. But I enjoyed it very very much.
The bond tat I have with my DS is very strong. Even when I came back from an overseas trip, he recognised me after seeing my breasts.
And of cos...
