does your nipples turn out? meaning, the tip of the nipples protrude out now?
gynae told me to do massage 2 weeks ago. i have been doing it everyday but till now, it is not protruding out yet leh... or must i wait for after delivery then see?

It does not make any difference now or after delivery. you might be having inverted nipples, did dr Tan tells you that you will have difficulty etc? if no, then should be ok. massage is to help have the colestrum ready so that baby can have it asap after delivery.

so i bought the 3 wired nursing bras (cos kiasu)

then now end up, i still wearing my normal bra till now.
weird leh. i thought should increase de.
is there something wrong with me?

You can wear wired bras now but do not wear wired nursing bra after delivery, or breastfeeding....it will block ur ducts if wear too long, and milk flow will not be good.

Dun worry...I did change my bras during my 1st preggy, but my 2nd preggy no change too. and still can breastfeed well too....

Better pray that the breast dont expand so much cos the aftermath is saggy. though mine only increase by 1 cup size(thank god) but its sag already! n it looks as if its smaller?
Now pregnant again. breast starts to swell again. LOL doesnt it sound horrible to feel n see it shrink n expand again?!

lol just imagine a ballon.. u blow and expand then release th air. Repaet this lots of time balloon lose elascity right? So is our skin same de... I will not be as full as before or look smaller cos the skin is stretched b4 le

Haha FYI ladies i used to work in a company doin bust treaments...\

So whether you have bust engorgement not is really depends on ur genes, mammary glands. Food does not contribute to the bust size as for now.

And protuding nipples. arent we normally suppose to protude while we arouse. If the nipples is inside the bust den u have an inverted nipple then. Inverted nipples are not caused by pregnancy usually. Normally our nipples are outside but just whether is it erected ot not

thru out pregnancy, i get those bra extensions. recently (5+mths aft delivery), i got new bra. hope wont shrink back aft stop bf.

Bcos of the pregnancy, I have bought some wireless bra cos more comfortable, plus at a bigger size. Wonder if I still can fit in my old bras after delivered? I got 1 box of old bra, very wasteful if cannot wear anymore right?

usually is cannot wear de... if you are much bigger cup then you original size better don wear back if not fitting anymore later the bust out of shape not nice de..

After i stop BF slowly will go back to normal sizing.. Unless u lunky lor can maintain at the same cup when preggy.. keke i don wan can go back to C cup jiu best le LOL

Now after give birth, my nipples are still inverted.
My baby has difficulty in getting milk from me.
but luckily, she is quite patient, she still latch on and suck.
so she suck awhile and then i pump lor.
No choice. But huh, my breast now got i increase a bit ler.
I think 1 size bigger only. still can wear old bras but i change to wireless nursing bras... as you have said, i think so too.
wired bras may kill the milk ducts... thanks...ancing_wub:

Still inverted ah means u naturally have inverted nipples de lor...

Nbm lah can drink milk den is ok lor.. Rest well and tkcare
