hihi,

i got bleeding gums when brushing also, gum is swollen, i went to dentist for a wash n polish, feel better now.:001_302:

due to my sinus, i got very serious blocked nose. got some dry blood also when wake up:embarrassed: when to normal clinic, was given a nasal spray, havent use it yet.

going to ask my gynea tonite regard all this.

btw any can feel baby movement? mine is giving kicks real strong I could actually see my belly move. feel so uncomfortable!!

me too! every time dig nose confirm got blood one but when i look it up, it seems that it's normal cz of the extra blood flow or something liddat.

my bb only move after my meal n at night. during the day disturb how also will ignore one. at night when want to sleep, my bb like washing machine eh inside n will curl up one makes me uncomfy n keep on tossing n turning.. hehehe

Oh so far I have no bleeding gums.. i visited my dentist in 1st trimester. Backaches are very common.. you try not to walk too much.. always sleep with pillows supporting your back, buttocks and lift your legs up. Headaches .. just a short nap you will feel okie. Maybe you can try taking a bath before taking a nap. You will sleep better.

but i will usually go to bed early. i cant pass 11pm. my eyes cannot tahan so late one but in the middle of the night dunno how many times wake up cz all position sleep also not comfy.. hahaha..

guess need to get really2 tired then can have a nap during the day lah.. hhehe

Oh you should put a cushion then u sit on it .. Then u will feel more comfortable.. Buttocks must always have support. haha my mum encourage me to bathe as much as I want.. Air con also on 24 hrs. Now it's the time for you to enjoy... During confinement you cannot do all these ... Hehe

I found a little bit of blood in my nose occassionally but not sure if it's due to the harsh winter wind. I got this problem during cold windy winter before preggy. More worrying is I start to gena swollen leg. Slightly swollen but I heard once started will not disappear until birth. Sob sob...

I read that dental probs is common cuz ur teeth n gums will b weaker during pregnancy.
I'm lucky not to have nose or dental prob
But my headache from sleeping all day, on the left, is killing me! I'm depending on my small memory pillow to give me extra support, if it doesnt get "relocated" at night then I'll b ok else the next morning headache can last whole day.
No sleeping prob like u gals describe, sleep from 11+pm ytd to 6am to pee n eat then 9am sleep to 3pm. Lol. I feel like a pig

Sitting on pillow too cooling ?? Haha it's to support your buttock. I am a chinese also .. actually Chinese old folks tales almost eveything cannot do..a whole list. My mum sits on pillows when she was pregnant with us. So she also encourage me to do that... Only she don't allow me to sit on the floor.

Hahaha! Same I have 6 pillows also! Hubby complain he going to sleep on floor soon when bump become bigger!

My bed is also loaded w pillows, but I'm feeling more secure w them around!! I finally found my body pillow yesterday!!! N guess wat? I didn't wake up with headache today, it offers so much support!!! Love it

Called the clinic and the nurse stated I heaty so causes bad headache. Tody still having bad headache but am still in office working. Hiyah. Tomorrow is my amino test. Worried.
