Sunny Friday morning to everyone!
Dragontail - Are you at home or are you doing the string test in the office?
Did you try the towel method?
Qinn - What was the doc's diagnosis? BTW, forgot to tell you that if the SA report doesn't turn out well, don't fret. My old man's SA report stated motility was low (hahaha his sperms = Mr Tortoise, not Ian Thorpe) and he is a smoker which makes things worse.. But still all is possible (me as live example) and perhaps fatherly doc will give your hubby the herbal viagra too! What did the doc say about your flow - Does he foresee any problems? Wow, your aunt is really jumping the gun. Anyway, for reasons of faith (and pain) I wasn't keen on IVF too. So that's why I went with all the TCM, eat this and that, BBT, OPK plus HSG, IUI, gynae checks too. Oh btw, your sai nai skills must be darn good - I had to sai nai and ended up grumbling and nagging for weeks before he agreed to shoot in bottle. Hahaha.
Lovesbaby - I didn't go with Dr TC Chang in the end. This is because Dr Chan was the one who referred me to Dr Chang to do my detailed scan. And Dr Chang has specifically said he will not take me in as a transfer patient since we were referred by Dr Chan. But yeah if I knew of Dr Chang much earlier on - I would have gone with him. His package (from what I heard from the aunty outside) is $800.
Lovesbaby - Wow, 20 minutes for pap smear? Maybe you're too tensed. Perhaps as what Poohy mentioned, you might feel more comfortable with a female gynae. Alternatively, you might also feel more comfortable if you have a regular gynae you go to (as opposed to everytime a different doc sticks stuff inside you). Anyway, I think better to ask a doc about the clots.

Dragontail - Me going to have a lonely Friday. My friends are mostly alcoholics (Gosh, what does that say about me!) so I don't wanna feel 'left out' by meeting them at our regular pub But I just got Dan Brown's latest book Inferno so can't wait to read it! (Hhahaha, yes I'm a bookworm).
Missy10 - There's this miracle worker called concealer. I love the Body Shop's Tea Tree Oil concealer. I'm using it cuz I have 2 pimples. I think it's pimply season!

@Dagontail - i am very drastic when it comes to eye stye. i will let the white pus appear and pierce it. hahh. i am sadistic..
@Qinn and Littlej - i am also not keen on IVF. I wanted to do it naturally... that's y i do TCM, BBT etc.. guess given a choice most couples will want to opt for the more natural option than the invasive procedure...
@Missy, littlej - my gf sells skincare products to dermatologists. She always tell me not to buy those expensive pimple cream. To treat pimple, there must be an important ingredient called Benzoyl Peroxide. So i usually just use OXY 10 to treat my zits and it works well.. Cheap and good. hheee.
@Missy - i checked EYS and a chinese medical hall on "Go Lie". They told me it's Korean ginseng? They said it's very very very heaty. Good for blood circulation.

Dragontail: I also split the herbs to half! And luckily I didn't cook black chicken in the 8zhen if not I will immediately become heart liao. I cooked 2eggs in it and split half again. One packet is 4servings

missy10- i also got lots of pimples! every day i apply the acne cream. Glitterystar- is the acne cream (skin color type) good? I use that rather than oxy coz can camouflage. Oxy is white...cannot apply when go work.haha.

@Missy - yes yes it's reddish in color. 高丽渗. They have the root-like looking ones or they can be sliced into thing stripes... there are those capsules ones as well.. i forgot to ask them about 8zhen... shall check it out this weekend.
@poohy - so long as your skin color pimple cream contains Benzoyl Peroxide, it should do the job. I usually go for oxy 10 cos it contains more % of Benzoyl Peroxide than oxy 5. If i got pimple, i will put them at night before i go to bed..

I'm not the best to give advice on pimple treatment because I get them so often (point finger at my mom's gene)! I feel one product doesnt always work the same on me. To me, my worst enemy is sleep-deprive. If I sleep very well for days, my skin will pretty much clear up. And yes, everyday I wake up thanking whoever invented the concealer.
littlej, I'm home and did put on the black string and alas, now I check, it's missing. Yes I've just tried the towel method. Feels rather soothing and hopefully it will see the swell down in a bit. Haha... think you cant be much of an alcoholic for sometime... breastfeeding also cant touch alcohol right?
Glitterystar, omg you love it dont you? LOL. I hope mine wont turn into a pus! Just let the swell subsides by its own please please please.
missy10, yes, LP (dont think dirty) usually sticks to same duration +/- a day. Before my conceive-well, mine was only 10-11 days. Months on it, mine has been consistently 13 days now. You're on 13dpo? Is that your typical duration?
