8am - full milk feed (170ml)
12pm - white cereal (5 teaspoonfuls, not sure how much ml is that)
3pm - milk feed (170ml)
7pm - porridge prepared by my mum (with scallops/potatoes/carrots/cod fish)
10pm - milk feed...
My mum has started training my baby on alternate days to sit on potty (of cos while holding onto her). Baby was grouchy at first but now she's used to sitting in one n poop.

My princess is on FrisoCreme rice cereal the moment she hits 4 mths old n she's loving it. We only fed rice cereal in the morning at ard 10:30am and she can finish everything n wants more of it.
my friends told me it's feasible n cheaper, but don't let ur baby play in the pool for too long. Gradually increase the duration with each subsequent visit to the pool. Start from 20 mins, then increase by 10 mins each visit to a max of 1 hour.
