Time flies... my louis is now 5mths plus.. He's getting active everyday and easily distracted when latching him on. Sometimes he only latches for few mins.. and when i tried to put him back on, he doesn't want anymore. He looks satisified thou.. and normally last nearly 3hrs before the next...

haiz... having blocked ducts again. since back to work, on wkdays.. i've been pumping at 10am and 4pm in the office. Latch on during midnite feeds, ie. 3am, 6am.. For feeds at 9pm and 11.30pm.. Louis is on FM.. Wkends.. most of the time I latch except for the 11.30pm dream feed...

As per title... other than bottles.. do you sterilize the bowls and spoons your baby use? How do you know which bowls and spoons can be sterilized and won't 'melt'? Or will it melt?

Is there a "recommended" bedtime for babies, ie. 4mths old? Nowadays, Louis will be asleep before/by 8pm (evening feed was abt 6pm - 180ml during day). Normally will wake him up for feed at 9pm then 12mn for last feed. Both of which was actually dream feed cos he will still be sleepy at 9pm...
